Mei Asakura - Death

Mi alterego en internet: Mei Asakura. Esta chica es ni más ni menos que la encarnación física de La Muerte también conocida (pero no para los mortales) como Recolectora de Almas, su trabajo no es "matar" a la gente si no recoger sus almas una vez les llega la hora lo cual ciertamente produce su muerte pero no es como si ella fuese y provocase los accidentes y demás. A parte de su trabajo, Mei tiene una vida normal y corriente, va al colegio, tiene amigas, le gustan los videojuegos... Nada en ella indica que sea la Muerte y de hecho aunque cuando esta trabajando luce ropas góticas u oscuras fuera de su trabajo lleva colores vivos y sonrie y todo. La perfecta doble vida XD

Se suponía que esta imagen iba a ser mi ID pero es demasiado grande asi que tendré que hacer otra -.- La hice la semana pasada tranquilamente dividiendo el trabajo por días aunque puedo asegurar de que en total me costó más de 6 horas terminarla, no es que sea lenta trabajando es que soy muy perfeccionista -.- El dibujo está hecho directamente en el ordenador usando el ratón, el fondo estrellado, el agua, el reflejo y la niebla están hechos mezclando efectos del photoshop y mucha paciencia. Y por si hay dudas lo que tiene en la mano en la que no está la guadaña es un pergamino con la lista de nombres de las almas que debe "recolectar", los nombres se borran y escriben por si solos según Mei cumple con su trabajo de modo que el pergamino nunca sobrepasa el tamaño de un par de folios de largo.

My internet alterego: Mei Asakura. This girl is in fact the physic encarnation of The Death also known (but not for mortals) as Soul Recolector, her work isn't to "kill" people but to pick up their souls once their hour has come, which makes them die but it's not like she produced the accidents and such. Besides that Mei has a normal live with school, friends, a family and hobbies. Nothing in her shows that she is the Death really, not even her clothes because despite that when she's "on duty" as the Death she wears gothic dark clothes when she's off that she likes bright colours and is smiling the whole time. Talking about double lives lol.

The image was supposed to be my ID but it's too big so I'll have to make another one I made this picture the past week calmly and dividing the work in days although in total I can affirm that it took me more than 6 hours, it's not that I'm slow working but that I'm too perfectionist. The drawing is made directly on the computer with the mouse and the photoshop, the sky, the water, the reflection and the mist are made mixing photoshop effects and a lot of patience from my part. And just in case anyone's wondering, the thing that she has in the hand that's not holding the scythe is a parchment with the list of the names of the souls that she has to "pick up", the names are deleted and wrote magically as Mei fulfills her duties so the parchment's length never surpass that of two pages.
